As a driver, I aimed to be as responsible and attentive as possible. I quickly mastered all the routes, learned to effectively solve problems, and built good relationships with clients. My efforts were recognized by the management, and thanks to the opportunities provided by the company, I became an owner-operator.
This was a significant step forward in my career. I gladly took on the new responsibilities and challenges of owning my own truck. After two years as an owner-operator, I moved up in my career again, becoming a team lead of dispatch.
In this new role, my responsibilities broadened, and the level of accountability increased significantly. Now, I not only complete specific tasks but also manage a team, organize the logistics process, and plan routes. It was a serious challenge, but with the experience I gained at Gergan, I managed well.
